I love Brazilian girls (as I've said pretty often here); they have the most beguiling ways -- as this girl demonstrates just sitting there. BTW "loirinha" means a little blonde; "po" is an exclamation, but I take it here to be a put-down, maybe like "bleach-blonde" --
