Nope -- not afraid of no ghosts! But "film grain" -- I don't see it? The shot looks quite normal...or is it the farther-off background where you allowed the grain to show?
Anyway, in the FOREground we again have luscious Lena and that famous star of stage and screen, the bed. Hey, I even like her tattoo!
