the stars, there's no right or wrong in 'em, they're just there...

as with every summer this time in work is the time of no staff. nada. none. zilch. everything is beginning to run on fumes. 2 staff to a theatre is beginning the accessible norm. and as the workload increases and the temperature skyrockets tempers inevitably become frayed.
especially when you have to endure people who don't pull their weight and then moan and argue when you call them on it.
there's one person in work who is doing that at the moment. we had a run-in last Thursday. She accused me of arguing with her when I had the audacity to ask her to do her job. It ended with me telling her to "bring it on!" and she storming out of theatres.
sorry guys I cannot abide useless people.
especially when these same people get on their high horse at a unit meeting and complain about Uro theatres at how they aren't stocked, aren't run correctly and always overrun.
How fucking dare you.

I don't mind. I've always written a complaint about the person. and I've informed my line manager that I will be taking her to task from here on in. so be ready for some fallout sister. :)
she has a tendency to run to teacher like a schoolyard sissy.
i'm not a bully guys. it's just that if we all work our hardest then the work becomes easier. if someone loafs and chats and plays on her phone it makes my work harder carrying them.

I saw Platoon last night. I think the movie's attitude might've rubbed off a little bit.
Or I could just blame the heat. but I love the heat. you wear PJ's in work, shorts, skirts and vest tops going to work and very little in the house. :)

work issues, morons, idiots, work ethic, movies
