honey and spiced apple varieties
i've been baking for the past 3 hours all matter of sweet things for the 25th. now my fingers are sore, i've got another burn to my arm and i think i'm gonna feel this tomorrow.
but i've broken the crux of my baking requirement for the party. i have to wait til a few days prior to do the cheesecake and the trifle but the dry cakes are now done.
i have one more week of work, 4 days to be precise and then i'm off for a week and bound for aberystwyth in one week's time. just for 2 nights but it'll give me a chance to see friends, STARS, and see how far they've torn aber to pieces now.
