23 days until I get married. I am pretty damn excited. Also quite happy. And a little stressed. I am sewing and making a lot of things... and there are a lot of things to get done.
Life is good, I've been cooking a lot of delicious things, and getting school sorted out. I start Towson in the spring. That should be an adventure. 3rd schools the charm?
Otakon was epic. I haven't had that much fun at a convention in years. We met some damn fine people. I enjoy meeting new people that are amazing and that become fast friends. We're already planning for ASUA and Katsucon. So exciting.
Mom and dad get here in 15 days. I can't wait to see them. I miss them a lot, I don't think that any amount of time living away will change that. I'm going to start trying to make it to Boone every other month or so at least. Mom is working with another midwife now, so she'll be on call less, and that will mean more time to visit. Damn babies.
I need to keep sewing sashes, pennants, shrugs, and millions of tiiiiiiiny flowers.
