goals week 2

My Goals For A Better Lifestyle (a work in progress):
~~~~updated weekly~~~~~

Eat Better
-One sweety or greasy thing a day
-No snacking 2 hours before bed during the week
-Buy a water bottle and bring it to my classes
-Limit myself to 4 pieces of bread a day, or less

Cleanliness
-Pick up my room every other night
-Take my trash out once a week
-Do laundry once a week
-Do dishes at least every 3 days.

Exercise
-walk for at least an hour everyday (except one lazy day)
-sit ups once a day, any amount is fine, just do some

Random
-Try to do at least one crafty project a week to get my creativity flowing again
-Substitute one hour on the internet each day with one hour of reading
-Think about creative stuff once a day
