the spider and the bee
As i decended down the basment stairs to do fall cleaning my eyes caught glimpse of a spectacular sight. A bee found itself in battle with a spider. I watched quite intrigued as the bee struggled to free itself and sting the spider who was carefully at work spinning its threads around the poor bee ever struggeling to maintiain its life and every so often the spider would stop to inject its venom into the bee who valiantly continued its struggle. I then pondered humanity and its roles and thought to myself am i a spider or a bee? Like the bee am i caught in the web of life ever stuggeling to maintain myself and regain my life or am i the spider well in control of my life spinning my threads and in complete control of my life and everyone and everything encompassing it?
