Work!
Got some work done today on one of the two syllabi I must finish in the next week or so. The amount of work I got done is unremarkable, the important part is the fact of the work. It was really, (really, really) hard to get in the right headspace, but I did manage to get in the zone for a few hours and finalize about half of the syllabus for my Political and Civic Action in the US course.
I tell you what, planning for a 16 week semester is much, much different than planning for a 10 week quarter. A semester seems so long after 7 years of quarters. Holy cow. I might get sick of these kids. Probably not though.
