Rice and Tomato Soup

Ingredients

1 jar tomato sauce
3 cups water, or more for a thinner soup
1 cup basmati rice 
Parmesan (or Vegan alternative)

Method

Pour sauce into a large pan with water and rinsed rice.

Cook for 8-10 mins.

Serve with warm fresh baked bread. Let everyone grate their own Parmesan to taste.
