Makes approx 4 cups.

Ingredients.

900 grams/2 lbs papaya (peeled, seeded, and diced into ¼ inch cubes)
½ small fresh pineapple (cut into ¼ inch cubes)
2 green onions, finely chopped
1 clove of garlic, minced
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper

Method.

Place all ingredients into large bowl. Stir together. Serve chilled with tortilla chips.
