I have a title for that Jensen/OFC, Jensen/Jared thingy but it's not to be revealed just yet. So, here, have a little snippet:
They share a smile, Jared and him - this juvenile signature of them. Like a secret handshake. Jensen's lips always quirking to the right and Jared's always quirking to the left. Only when they're too far apart to hug, too exposed in public to be affectionate.

They found out the show's been canceled less than three weeks before the wedding. Eric keeps apologizing to him and Jensen assures him it's not his fault, that he's grateful for the time he's spent on the show and that Eric should call him again if ever he needs the great One Take Ackles for a project.
Jensen keeps thinking about not working with Jared anymore and it hurts as much as when his grandfather passed.
