I think our show, guys, has the most balls in the history of television today.
I have such a soft spot for episodes (of any show, really) where they make us laugh to the point of almost throwing up one moment and turn around and slap us in the face with Angst the other. I love it.
I don't love the idea of the Trickster being an archangel all this while, but I don't HATE it. I liked the idea of something supernatural that is impartial, y'know? Well, okay, Gabriel said he didn't care who'd win but it was clear that he wanted one thing out of it: to end the heaven-hell feud. So he's not completely impartial. Something/someone who doesn't give a rat's ass. That'd be cool. :|
On the other hand: GABRIEL! Oh, man. I want to watch that movie again. *dreamy sigh*
I ADORE the colors SO MUCH! JENSEN'S EYES. *FLAILS* I always thought Phil Sgriccia's episodes were the most colorful (ELaC, Hollywood Babylon, The Kids Are Alright) but this one was AWESOME. Especially the comedy set and the Japanese game show set. GOOD GOD JENSEN'S EYES. *_____*
I know I keep saying that, but at least I've stopped talking about his facial muscles. :P
What I love MOST (SO, SO, SO MUCH) about this episode is Dean's FAAAAAACE when Sam was hit in the nuts. O___O SO PRECIOUS!!!
On a less shallow note, every time I see Castiel I want to strangle him and ask him to give Dean his amulet back! I mean, I like the guy, but COME ON.
