The Ending
The ending,
Sensation akin to lifeless soul,
Toppling thru mist of dreams,
Dreams once kept me breathing,
Living,
Human.
My love,
The fire rose beyond the high heavens,
The heat roasting the Sun,
The fragrance enveloping the Earth,
Hitherto,
Discern you have not.
My heart,
The blister yearning to you,
The wound so deep,
The depth heeds the bleeding,
The pain,
You perceive not.
The Heaven,
Within my grasp,
Hover thru my conscience,
Smother my mind,
Engulfing my soul,
I see you there,
Waiting,
At last.
The Death,
It offers heaven,
Whilst life brings about Hell,
Of unrequited love,
Of exiled emotions,
Of a world devoid of your existence,
And so,
I surrender to Death,
Finally,
Loving an essence loving me in return,
Finally,
Grappling,
My happy ending.
