So I got my email from FFC Frankfurt and they were talking about how Kerstin Garefrekes got hurt and can't play for eights weeks. (dies a little inside)

Anyways, there were some words that I couldn't translate so I was wondering if anyone could help me.

The words are: Syndesmosensprengung, Sprunggelenk, and Aufsteiger.

I just want to know what exactly she did. I worry about her.
