16th century German Wardrobe accounts
I'm looking for 16th Century German Wardrobe accounts. I thought I'd come here and see if anybody out there knows of any or could point me to free online German sources that would have them.
Basically, a wardrobe account would log the items in the wardrobe specifically naming fabrics. Example "17 yerdes of ell braude taffete at 8s the yerd' for Anne of Cleves 1540.
