Software Test Engineer
Qualifications & Experience include:
* Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
* Software product testing and verification for at least 2 yrs
* Rational Functional Tester experience highly desired
* VB/VB.net testing experience preferred
* Strong knowledge of SQL, SQL Server (or similar database, e.g. Oracle), and SQL query language
* Microsoft Windows XP/2000/2003 Server Edition and Vista experience
* Strong Excel knowledge
* Web application testing experience
Job Functions:
* TESTING: Validation and verification testing of all ISI software products to determine if distribution to the customer base meets quality objectives and specifications as outlined by Engineering and / or Product Management. Responsible for creating and executing well structured test plans.
* COMMUNICATION: Must communicate both verbally and in writing to key individuals within the development process
* REPORTING: Must record all test results and properly report to Engineering in a timely manner. Responsibilities include a summary at the conclusion of all validation, verification and review of any product, part of a product or written documentation that is passed to Test Department as a test requirement necessary for delivery to the customer base.

There IS, technically, a second position that's open (Director of Managed Services) but I'm fairly certain I don't know anybody around here who's qualified for such a position.
