Harper is from a series written by lazy people who needed to be able to default to "AND THEN THE ENGINEER FIXED/HACKED/WHATEVERED IT" at the end of each episode. THIS BEING THE CASE, in Canon, Harper has some MAD HACKING SKILLZ and would be reading the occasional private post.
