Huh. The Infernal Angel, Nebilim. Not exactly my first choice in stuff from home, but ya take what ya can get. Gettin' some weird vibes off the thing too. Prob'ly just my imagination. Looks like a nice bow, at any rate. There's a few strange mechanisms on it, got no idea what they do. Wonder who put 'em there.
Oh yeah, I remembered somethin'! Man, how'd I ever forget about Dahngrest and the Union? Especially when yer someone like me. Can't say I remember all the details ta all the guilds in the union, but I know the Master Guilds, at least. Ruin's Gate and that guy Regaey. The Blood Alliance, led by Barbos. Kaufman leads Fortune's Market. Soul Smiths, dunno who leads them. And at the top of the peckin' order is Altosk. Don Whitehorse doesn't lead just his own guild, but the rest of the Union as well. Takes a strong leader ta effectively pull together so many different people into one cohesive group. I dunno if anyone but the Don could pull it off.
Still, knowin' there's someone like the Don around makes ya glad to be a member.

I have ta start wondering about the accuracy of some of these memories. The Union was started after the Great War, still a little fuzzy on the details. There was a fallin' out with the knights; the Don decided ta start up the guilds, separate of the knights' protection and Imperial jurisdiction. But if all that's true, how in the world did a Knight Captain become an officer of Altosk? I'd say I left the knights, but that just doesn't feel right.
Maybe I'm just puzzlin' over this a bit too much. At the end of the day, I'm still Raven.
