She's a bit bigger and heavier, due to being female and older, but otherwise exactly like him - a broad ruff extending from the flexible spines on her head that telegraphs her mood when she lets it, five clawed fingers on each 'hand,' tendrils growing all catfish-like from her face, six-spined wings, and HUGE.

Abilities: Like Temeraire, Lien is very fast and agile in the air, can hover, and can use the "divine wind" - basically a roar that works out to a wall of sonic force. Because she's more skilled in its use, she can come up with creative things to do with it besides property damage and bodily harm, such as loosening packed frozen ground or creating small tsunamis with a little application of wave mechanics. She's also really smart - she was zhuang-chuan in the Chinese examinations in her year, which means that of all the tens of thousands of dragons and men trying that year, she took first place.
