This is something my "Mentor" of sorts bestowed to me once upon a time... last monday...
Here are four blocks that I want you to Cut and paste in Notepad, or Word, or Even in the reply box. But do not reply to this message. Because the information you will write down will not seem all that off to begin with, but you might not want anyone to know what you're putting down...
Here are the Four areas.
Favorite Animal:
1.
2.
3.
Favorite Color:
1.
2.
3.
Body of Water:
1.
2.
3.
White Room:
1.
2.
3.
OK, here's the Process for each block, the first two are simple. For "Favorite Animal" Write down your favorite animal. For "Favorite Color," write down your Favorite Color. Simple enough right? Now be honest here, don't lie to yourself, no one else is going to read this so be true to yourself. Once you have chosen the Animal and Colors, think about each by themselves, focus on the animal and in the spaces, write how it makes you feel. then the color, write down what looking at the color makes you feel.
Now, for Body of water I want you to think back to a Body of Water that you've visted before, the one you love the most, it can be anything from a lake you stayed at with your parents, or on a church retreat, perhaps an ocean, or a river, something that you remember as your favorite, body of water. Then write down how that made you feel, how that location made you feel.
Now for white room you have to read this carefully, cause it's kind of hard when it's not being told to you. Imagine if you will you're ready to repaint the walls in your bedroom, so all the furniture has been removed from your room, the carpet or flooring has been stripped, and the walls have been primed white. You walk into your fresh clean white room, the door is not locked, perhaps not even shut. Here you are inside your now white bedroom, now write down how it feels.
Do this and save the text somewhere you can access it later... Saturday I will Put a reply on here that explains the definition of all these things... if there are any questions, reply with them, but keep the "answers" to yourselves.
