i forgot to mention the cutest thing ever that happened the other day. me and john prisk were taking a nice afternoon stroll through the hood (by the elementary school with the creepy shit painted all over the place) and this little kid looks at us and says "hi!" in a cute wittle kid voice. i say hi and wave back. he then extends two fingers and says, in a cute wittle kid voice, "peace!" so cute.
anyway, i also fogot to mention the new colors in my hair. PURPLEEEE!!!
psych. i just put in some black chunks with the leftover dye when i finished doing petes. it turned out subtle, but good.
my computer? c'est finis!! im going home tomorrow to get it.
last night i went to ciarras apartment. i want an apartment. very badly. me and cassie both look in the paper several times a week for no reason at all except to look for apartments we cant have yet. i cant wait till november.
im trying to get out of taking my ridiculous btmm 40 class because i should probably be teaching it. i emailed the honors director and i hope she is more of the finagler and less of the bitch her reputation suggests. i personally have no clue since i dont do shit with honors. ive been in the office three times, i think. once was at orientation. once was to schedule my second semester classes (we had to). the last was to drop fma101. bare minimum.
digital audio is the best class ever, though. it makes me want to listen to all of my cds simultaneously while recording and mixing and shit. all simultaneously. i guess this is how i know this is the right major. it just... excites me! or something. i seriously love it more than anything else and i cant even describe it. except that i am, literally, in love with music. the same indescribable love that people use in referring to a significant other, yeah. fuck that. ive got a significant other, and its music. and my cat.
yeah ive been sitting in this lab for a while so im gonna bounce. i only came here to print out lecture outlines for the bio classes i dont go to, but the printers dont work here. temple, you get todays FUCK YOU also.
in conclusion, i havent gotten a paycheck in going on three weeks and im broke as a motherfucker. i dont have any books at all besides that dance packet and a bio lab manual.
i cant wait to get my collarbones pierced.
