well, ive been to most of my classes by now, and it surely looks as if i will be coasting through this semester at breakneck speed. hopefully ill get enough hours at work to keep myself from the jaws of unbearable boredom, because i definitely wont be busy on this front.

human biology - im on the once-every-2-to-3-year plan in which i continually take biology and continually get As without doing anything. this is my third bio class and it will be a cinch. if only i could understand the goddamn professor, which i cant. so ill be showing up at the 200+ lecture for the three tests and that will be that. lab may or may not be a pain in the ass, but i dont foresee it being any sort of difficult. for the love of god, we get graded on a bell curve, so i only have to outsmart 10% of the class to get an a. for the motherfucking love of god. cassie is in the lecture, too, and we will own it.

media in everyday life - pretty much a repeat of fma102, except in the btmm department. this is about 50% common sense and 50% easy to understand concepts that you can read out of a book or on a website. im not anticipating any remote glitches in my road to an a here, either. plus, josh and kevin are in my class (and who the hell knows who else because theres 200 kids in this one, too) which will make lecture less boring.

dance, movement, and pluralism - unbelievably enough, this fulfills my race core requirement and i get to dance instead of write papers and read books on racism in america (*insert another drab course title that sounds like every other core class). the professor is amazing and we... dance. this cant be rocket science, it just cant.

intro to digital audio - just had the lecture this morning and it will be the most interesting thing i do all semester without a doubt. the professor is very well known in the department as kickass and it just seems so chill yet informative. maybe its just because this actually relates to what i may someday do with my life and actually care about regardless. i dont think the production projects will be too bad, and im almost sure lab will be much better than those goddamn repulsive fma labs. (*edit: and the tas are cute! :x ) and chris mac is in my class! its amazing actually knowing people.

so thats it. 15 credits, so i dont feel like fucking up my schedule and paying to take 18. maybe next semester will actually involve college level work, but ive learned not to hold my breath.

i guess a superlight courseload is the plus side of going to such a shitty institution that fucks everyone over as much as they possibly can.

and in other news, thats about all the news. class. i start work on friday, so i will have money.

and everyones smoking salvia.

(*obligatory WTF)
