Elliot had no problems with helping Olivia out, after their talk. He was surprised he actually asked her to dinner and shook his head. He had grabbed his jacket and was out the door right after they finished talking. It was odd but it was nice too to see her out of work

Raising an eyebrow, she smiled at him and pointed to the kitchen and the light bulbs on the island. "So I can get up there, I just can't take the light cover off to get to the bulbs."

"Been awhile since this bulb has needed to be changed Liv?"
He unscrewed it and held the dead bulb to her. He looked down again watching her before he spoke.
"Look good in shorts."

Tossing the dead bulb into the garbage, she looked over her shoulder at him and raised an eyebrow.
"Thanks, you've seen me in shorts before I'm sure."

He screwed the new bulb in and put the covering back on it and looked at her smiling.
"I'm the same way. Too many things needed fixed around the house but not something I need to worry about now."

Once the light was on, she grinned, and offered him a towel to wipe his hands off. "So instead of fixing things at your house, you're here working in my kitchen."

He took the towel and cleaned his hands shrugging a bit. He looked at her a moment.
"Not my house anymore Liv. I'm in a hotel now."

Chewing on her bottom lip, she focused on studying the contents of the fridge instead of facing the fact that he wasn't at home any more. "Yeah, I - I know, have you found an apartment?"

He watched her and shook his head then. "No not yet just made sense to let Kathy and the kids have the house. She gets full ownership in the divorce settlement."

"You guys aren't going to try and reconcile at all? I mean, it's really over?" She wasn't sure if she was happy about that or not.
