Elliot had no problems with helping Olivia out, after their talk. He was surprised he actually asked her to dinner and shook his head. He had grabbed his jacket and was out the door right after they finished talking. It was odd but it was nice too to see her out of work

"The cases, really? I mean I know they can be bad, but really now?" She raised an eyebrow at him. Still she felt smug at the other woman hot being able to last.

"She wasn't used to the stuff." He saw the smug look and chuckled softly. "Yeah she had nothing on you."

Reaching out, she lightly put her hand on top of his and gave him a sweet smile. "Oh Stabler, who does have anything on me?"

"I do." He smirked then and leaned close.

Licking her lips, she slowly lent forward half way across the table, watching him very carefully.

He watches her as she licks her lips and leaned forward. His eyes met hers for a moment as he leaned forward the rest of the way and let his lips brush over hers quickly before going to pull back.

For a moment she didn't move, she just watches him before reaching up to touch her lips where his lips touched hers. Taking a deep breath she finally she cupped his cheek and pulled him in for a more firm kiss.

He didn't pull back this time letting his lips press to hers firmly as he returned the kiss a hand coming up to stroke her cheek softly. He deepened the kiss a bit before slowly breaking it.

She whimpered softly in the kiss, he tasted like marinara sauce and beer, something she didn't expect but fit him. Pulling back, she smiled at him, her cheeks pink, she bowed her head. "Oh, well then."

He smiled then and leaned back into his seat watching her. He finished his food off and relaxed a bit. He'd enjoyed the kiss, something he'd wanted to do so many times before but never had.

She didn't know what to make of the kiss, she had thought about it before, but she never thought it would actually happen. Finishing her wine, she took a few more bites before wiping her mouth and sitting back. "How was your meal?"

"It was very good. Yours?" He smiled over at her as he finished his beer off. "Want dessert?"

"Oh, delicious, it's always nice to find a great pasta." Shaking her head she picked up her glass of water and took a long drink to calm herself down. "No, I'm good, but if you want something, go for it."

"The pasta was very good. Nah I'm good." He took a sip of water then called for the check paying.

"My favorite part of the night, you showing off your gentleman skills." Stretching, she wiped her hands off, once the bill was taken care of, she stood up and moved to the door.

He smiled and held the door open for her as they exited the restaurant. "I'm glad you enjoyed that. I hope you had fun." He smiled as he walked with her back to her place.
