(Ain't That) Good News
Those of you also on uisinger's friends list have likely already read her post this morning and know how happy we are. For those of you who haven't yet heard/read the news:
We're engaged.
We waited to tell everyone on LJ because I wanted us to be able to go up and tell my parents in person. It took a little bit of a wait and a lot of patience - I asked Jo on the 12th - but now that my family knows we can tell everyone we meet. It's a huge relief to be able to talk about it openly.

I'd like to take a second to publicly thank thevulgartrade. It was through Tim I met my bride-to-be, and I'll always be grateful he told me about a pretty girl who likes opera.
