Wow, over six weeks since my last post. Miss me?
Summary: Alive and well; busy; working hard and playing even harder.
I have tons to write about but since I had lunch with
savia consisting of Thai food, gelato, sunshine and laughs, all I've wanted to do is curl up and nap. So I'll write more later.
Here's my exercise regimen for this week:
- Monday: weights and cardio
- Tuesday: Bikram yoga
- Wednesday: cardio and climbing
- Thursday: Bikram yoga
- Friday (today): SF Tiki Bar Crawl

Crazy-busy weekend coming up, but I should be able to find time to post an update. Next travel is around Thanksgiving so I'm in the area until then if people want to do something.
