What sort of stability issues exactly? I haven't had a single crash while playing any UE 3.0 powered game in recent memory...GOW PC works fine, Rainbow Six vegas was a breeze, and again with UT3. The only times i've had crashes are when i do wacky things with the material editor in UED. UED crashes are to be expected though, and have been a staple of UE modding all the way along the generations.

Personally, i can't wait for Out of Hell to come out, and I'd love to see what CRC can manage with UE3.0 , as far as I know he has plans to use it in his future modding efforts.

Every U3E game I've ever played- on 360 and PC- has suffered from random crashes. Often, these random crashes would completely destroy my savegame- I once had to redo Bioshock from scratch after finishing it halfway. (Though to be honest I don't know why I bothered, but that's a different complaint.) U1E was great for its time. U2E is also great (though sometimes an overly modified version ends up being buggy and optimised, see Ion Storm's Flesh engine.) U3E... Well. It looks pretty, and its framerate is good when it's working, and I'm sure it's very moddable, but it's about as stable as a female character in a Philip K. Dick novel. But you don't have problems, therefore it's a great engine, and I'm not allowed to complain, right?
Also, I love how you seem to think that this site isn't "for" me like I'm some kind of mindless plebe. I use this site to keep abreast of updates and follow the mods that interest me (such as yours, at one point.) So, yes, I'm a fan of mods. You seem to have this attitude that if a person has a complaint, at all, they're somehow trolls or otherwise taking away from the site. That is the very attitude that drives me to write stuff like my latest blog post. Well, that and modders who seem to think they're the next Gooseman.
I for one cannot wait for OoH, just like you, and am glad that it is still for UT2k4- which uses a proven, solid engine. If you have a problem with that, then go fuck yourself, because you haven't said anything that I can take seriously since 2006.

The fact is, this is a site where people contribute. And some people contribute in a positive manner by creating more content for others to enjoy, and offering advice, writing tutorials, etc, and others contribute in a pointedly negative manner. There is a fine line between criticism, and mouthing off for its own sake. You do not strike me as objective, well researched in what you talk about, or for that matter, particularly mature. You take singular experiences YOU have had, and present them as factual data. Nice journalism there, chum.

In other words they make comments on Youtube seem comparatively worth reading. The rest of that 90% that I hate are people like you.
