Seems to me as if 'best albums of the decade' lists are cropping up everywhere lately. There's NME's top 100 albums of the decade, NPR's 50 Most Important Recordings, The A.V. Club's best music of the decadeI'm tempted to make a list of my own but it'll be cluttered with bands I like (not that this one isn't!). Instead I'll give you a list of the
