Why I like them: EVERYTHING~~~
Why I don’t: I can't think of anything! There are a lot of ways she is super different from me but all in ways that I think make sense for her and I like.
Favorite scene: When she makes the decision to go for her father's sake. I always get chills ;-;
Favorite season/movie: Mulan I by far. I've only watched II once and didn't like it much.
Favorite line: "You said you'd trust Ping. Why is Mulan any different?"
Favorite outfit: Well, her early matchmaker outfit is gorgeous but she's best in how she wears her uniform when she's riding into the city, imo.
OTP: Mulan/Shang
Brotp/Platonic OTP: Mulan + her parents ;-; Also Mulan + Emperor mwahah

Head Canon: I think that Mulan and her mother had some struggles in their relationship earlier on. Mulan related more easily to her dad and the stories he would tell, while she felt like her mom was more distant, but as she got older they grew closer and learned to appreciate each other a lot more.
Unpopular opinion: When Brave came out a lot of people were saying it was a retread of Mulan's story since they both ran away from marriage and that just wasn't what Mulan was doing at all? I think they are incredibly different characters and wouldn't be best friends. And people who think Mulan left to avoid getting married need to rewatch the movie.
A wish: That she and Shang continue to be a kickass couple together
