I was looking for unsealed entrances to the lower levels and there was a... stink. Not a physical odor, but that's the closest comparison. As soon as I felt it, something happened -- some manner of contact. There's something wrong with my head now. Feels like I've been lobotomized, chunks cut out of me. And whatever it was that was leaking through those doors is... toxic. Contagious. It didn't just snip pieces of my brain away. It added things. Lots of things.
