Also, I would like to get more information on the one who attacked you. Obviously, he still poses a threat, especially if he struck for such arbitrary reasons.
Gokudera has fought him before. He was also killed by him. His statement is that conventional weapons work, but it's best to have them ready ahead of time becasue he's too fast to confront head-on.
I'm inclined to agree.
However, this does pose a problem, since he cannot be contained and killing him will not last.
Your last statement presents the biggest problem in ensuring our Neighborhood Watch is successful. I have been wondering: would it be possible to somehow utilize the unique structure of the Mansion to create some sort of prison?
In one sense, we can provide protection when an event makes things dangerous, or stop a resident from going out of control, but the residents who are perpetually dangerous are the problem.
I think the Major was kept imprisoned for several weeks before an event released him.
As far as I can tell, they disabled his hands and barred the door. During the event, people began acting strangely and his hands were healed by someone not in their right mind.
I wonder if there's a way to limit their powers...?

I see. Unfortunately, that seems a rather personalized form of imprisonment. [ silence while thinkinggg. ]
This is quite the dilemma.
