OOC: What happened to yesterday? I passed out from exhaustion after the World Cup final, that's what happened. As for this, I edited it a bit to try and condense it (there was A LOT), and decided that it would be more fun to just RP from after the ceremony. :D The wedding was being held at the small family Church in Queens. Alex was still smiling, brightly. She nodded to Claire, hoping the young photographer would be able to wrangle them. Nathan was too excited for words and was running around them in circles.

"Can everyone move together in front of the stairs, please?" Claire tried to get everyone into their places.

John helped his wife move to the stairs. David and Alex held hands as they did as instructed. David's parents, Maria and Michael, were the first to do so and they stood on opposite sides of the group.

Sam stood with Ellie, who was not looking anywhere near the camera.

Claire started taking some pictures and then realized that Ellie wasn't looking at the camera. She started calling her name, as that sometimes worked with Zoe.

"Ellie, you're supposed to look at the camera!" Nathan told her, as if she'd broken the most important rule in the book.

Ellie did look over at Claire and waved. "Hai Boo'ay." Ellie told her, which translated to 'Happy Birthday'.

David chuckled.

The Dresden's stepped away. Ellie tried to toddle after her big sister, but Nathan stopped her. She then went to stand with Alex and David.

Alice walked over to guide Ellie away. "Come with me, Ellie."

Ellie waved to Claire. "Bye-bye-bye."
Alice laughed. "Nooo, you've got hours yet."

Alex laughed and smiled at David as his parents just stayed where they were on either side of them.

David helped his new father-in-law with his disabled wife, Alex's mother. David held her hand as they stood for the photo. Though he was usually goofy, and never serious, with most people, he always made sure to take care of her.

David and Alex's parents moved away from the line. David bounced down each step like a child.

Alex, Katie, Alice and Sam all stood round for their picture.
