Grab my arm. No, the other arm. MY other arm.

I've been looking into law schools in case the FLEP thing works out, and so far the only ones I've found that allow Spring Semester starts are private schools, and FLEP only works with public schools. Ugh. I still need to get into the one remaining OCS class that would have me commissioned on time, and I'm working that as best I can, but it doesn't look good right now. But keep in mind there have been other times through this whole process when things didn't look good but turned out fine. I believe God has been helping me out a lot, and will continue to do so.

We had a mission earlier this past week that had us drive all the way down to FOB Echo near Ab Diwaniyah (not sure if I spelled that even remotely right), which is about 130 miles Southeast of FOB Kalsu. While it was nice to have a break and be under the radar by being at another FOB well away from our chain of command, it was lame b/c they didn't need us at all. It was some kind of ceremony with Polish dignitaries and an Iraqi Army parade, and we helped with security. There were so many Iraqi soldiers and Polish soldiers present during the event that there is no way they needed us; I couldn't turn my machine gun turret anywhere without pointing at a friendly!

I can't think of much else to say at the moment.
