Oh, hey... didn't see you there...
It has been way too long a time since my last update. I moved over to Tumblr for a while to roleplay, but u fortunately, my interesting in that, plus some seriously toxic people have made it no fun, which really sucks. So I redownloaded the LJ app, to see if I can give myself the kick in the arse that I need.
So, what's been happening? Uhm... let's see... I'll recap my year, because I can't remember when my last update was... hmm...
In March, I shaved my head... just for something to do. And to show off the new piercings that had recently healed properly... yes, you heard correctly, the girl who is so scared of needles, now has piercings. I have a Scaffold/Industrial barbell, which I've wanted since I was a little kid, and a helix piercing in my other ear. I also have three lob piercings in each ear. And I'm going to get a triple helix next month. I will be a pincushion.
Uhm... in June, I had to go for a CT scan of my head (the suspense was killing me, I needed to finally discover if I had a brain or not) due to familial heritage of brain aneurysms. Luckily, as of now, I am in the clear!! Yay!
I have now been at my job in a factory for a whopping 3 years... longest job I've ever held down. Three months ago, I went back on my antidepressants and am finally kinda-sorta functioning on a level playing field, for the most part.
I have discovered a liking for salted macadamia nuts. I am currently putting together my Prison!Catwoman costume for this year's Fright Night. And... it's pouring rain outside... Really, this year hasn't been anything super special, but eh...
