Having closed her case for the night and shoved off their perp on one of the unis at the 1-2, Anna headed home eagerly to prepare for her next date with Eric. It'd been over a month since that first date, but work kept them both tied up and she understood that. Anna invited him over for coffee with plans to go out on the town - maybe dancing - but after getting punched across the face by a guy twice her size? She wasn't exactly looking to get out and party hard.

After showering and getting dressed - throwing on low-rise jeans and a black v-neck shirt and leaving her long hair down - she went into the kitchen and pulled an ice pack from her freezer. Now she iced her bruising cheek and waited. This would be fun to explain.
