Damn I'm pissed!
Money is tight, and I don't care to pay out when I don't need to.
Today I got a bill from my two eye exams (myself and one of my girls). So I call all over and explain we get one no-cost eye exam every year, I should not have to pay these bills .. were they billed wrong?
Well, apparently the doctor billed medical codes for each of us?!?! And he did this why?? Apparently he dxed the girl with chronic conjunctivitis because she mentioned she is allergic to the cats... And I was dxed with a field vision problem because I mentioned some vision issues at night.
I was not as nice as I could be to the office manager and I apologized, but I also told her that was just bull! we went to have exams for new glasses. Also, she insisted I didn't mention a secondary insurance. I don't have a secondary insurance, I have a vision rider on my primary (and only) insurance. Then I was told while it was listed for my account, it was not mentioned on my daughter's .. who is on MY account!!
So, so angry ... I will NOT pay the fees, they /will/ fix this!
