Hey what's up Easter?
Interesting to think about Easter and it's obvious connection to springtime rebirth and fertility. That's what all those bunnys and eggs are for! It's strange to think that this was an ancient-greek religious tradition that translated to roman-catholic religious tradition. The deist became the theist?
"Deism is good sense not yet instructed by revelation, and other religions are good sense perverted by superstition. All sects differ, because they come from men; morality is everywhere the same, because it comes from god."
So then the theist was all like...
"What terrible questions we are learning to ask! The former men believed in magic, by which temples, cities, and men were swallowed up, and all trace of them gone. We are coming on the secret of a magic which sweeps out of men's minds all vestige of theism and beliefs which they and their fathers held and were framed upon."
