Ok, now I'm gonna do a little complaint here.
PG&E, instead of not being impatient and being more productive with your sales as well as clientel communication it would be great if you would do a double check if we do not have our meter card correct and check for the meter reader laymans so that way you don't screw us over...
My grandfather worked for the Stockton PG&E for a long time I used to even go to the one on West Lane by the bowling alley, mhm, I know where it is.
But yeah please do be so kind as to ACTUALLY check our meter for us when you know out meter card might be wrong, we'd put our dogs up just so you could climb up the poles in some of our backyards(even done it once in my backyard) for when you do maintence, don't think we wouldnt be happier to do the same to get a correct meter reading and to be happy customers. I'm pretty sure that some people get miffed at hefty bills, but then again I admit some of us might be dumb about the meter cards.
