WESTBORO BAPTIST CHURCH PROTEST!!!!

Topeka, Kansas
Why: Fred Phelps , pastor of Westboro Baptist Church has for years led protests
at the funerals of gay people. Most noteably was his churchs' protest at Matthew Shepards funeral several years back. Shepard was a gay teen who was violently killed for his sexual orientation. Recently however , WBC has taken things to an even more extreme by protesting the funerals of fallen American soldiers. Phelps says the reasoning behind this is "these soldiers fought in an army that accepts homosexuals." At his most recent funeral protest , his followers donned signs reading , "God Hates US Soldiers" and "Thank God For IED's"
Its time for someone to do something.......that someone is us.
