And inside! Was a bunch of autumn leaves! And a shitload of owl things! And a box of CREAM OF WHEAT.
CREAM OF WHEEEEEEAT. XDDDDDDD The cooktop kind! So I can make it and it will have lumps like proper Cream of Wheat!
Owl things include a Halloween t-shirt (heh, it's always Halloween at my apartment), owl socks, owl notebook, GREEN owl towel (double whammy!), owl dishtowel and potholder set... and I think that's all. Someone put an owl face sticker onto the guy's face on the Cream of Wheat box, tho. :3 I BET THAT WAS STINE.
So thanks, guys. :3 I am very amused. I have the leaves spread all over the place.
Last regular lesson at elementary school today... the kids are adorable, but thank god.. cuz they're loud and I am used to sluggish middle school kids. -- Next Friday is the Big Demonstration Lesson thing... I have two demo lessons in the morning at my school (Yay, they scheduled our "parents can come watch their kids learn" day the same day) and then I get to eat really fast and go to the elementary school and demonstrate my lack of skill teaching 3rd graders. Hell, all they want to do is play with my rings and then yell at me for not being married yet. >_<;;
Was going to go to USJ this weekend with Cheryl but the Japanese teacher who wanted to take us can't do it. :/ I'm sure we can go to USJ any time, anyway.. it's only a train ride away. Instead, I think we are going to go leaf-peeping in Kyoto. >D I haven't been to Arashiyama yet, so I want to try that out, and possibly Fushimi-inari if we can make it.
