Hello, Monday. Had 2-2 first thing this morning. Wanted to wring their necks. Sigh.
I wore my new skirt today. XD LEGS! The Tea Lady freaked out. She was like CUTE! CUTE! ^^; I felt a little dumpy, since I don't have a really decent top to go with the skirt right now. --; But oh well. It was nice. I felt like a girl again. And then, don't you love it when you get home and you change out of tights into socks and they feel allll soft? (That was meant for girls, btw.. if you are a guy and are nodding along, I'll thank you to keep that to yourself.)
Pet Shop was fun. F was like "I'll let you go on it about 20 minutes, and then we have to go over the test [the kids did]". So, *40* minutes later, he's like ok, ok, 5 more minutes and then I'll pass this stuff back. XD The kids were having fun and I spent the class walking around and translating new words for them, and checking their phrasing. I included space for drawing food/treats or other things and some of the kids drew some pretty hilarious stuff. XD I can't wait to get them back so I can go over them all.
This afternoon we had a demo lesson for 2-1, but it was for our school only; only members from our staff came, if they were free 5th period, and observed the class. I guess it was okay; K-sensei's classes are not that exciting compared to F's, but we had more activity for this lesson.
But later, I guess she still got some criticism from the other teachers, which made me feel pretty bad. It was her class plan, of course, but as she is the youngest/newest teacher in the school and I'm also kind of in that position, I hate it when she seems like she's having trouble living up to the other teachers' expectations. --; F sat in on the lesson of course, and afterwards he asked me what I thought... I was honest and said yes, it was better than usual, but I hope he didn't take anything negative from that.
I was in the back room on the computer when she came in and told me how the review of her lesson went, and she told me that she and one other 2nd year teacher are having trouble, especially because the 2nd year kids can be so unmanageable (especially 2-2 of course). I wonder who the other teacher is, although I kind of have an idea... I just hope that she gets the help she needs to manage the kids. :/ It's not fair if teachers are criticizing her for stuff like this and yet they're not offering solutions. The poor girl has already told me she's stressed out by the job. Even though I am four years older than her, I try to respect her and call her my senpai. ^^;;
Sigh... this is the week that my hormones tell me to eat lots of ikapi. --; I think instead I will go be happy and draw Jei fanart. ©
