Okay, so today I was taking a bus into Malden Square to go to the gym for a few hours, and I noticed a black guy in sunglasses, singing to himself and eating from a ziploc bag full of gummy worms, doing this whole "holding the gummy worm above your head and stretching the other end with your mouth as though you were eating an actual worm" routine ( Read more... )

I forgot to mention that the business suit dude did in fact move up a few seats after he was asked if he was feeling froggy.

I take the bus into malden station often enough that if this guy was a regular, I'd have seen him before, but maybe I just haven't been there the right time until now. We'll see. Public transportation is a breeding ground for strange characters and all.
