Random Ramblings on...Everything
I attended my very first speech meet in Park River today...and I got into the finals. Which, apparently, is rare for someone at their first speech meet! Yay! My big mouth is worth something after all. :)
I got to see my nephews, Judah, Justice and Julian last weekend, which was amazing. Justice turned one and practically the whole family was together with the exception of my two brothers, Krys and Roger.
I finally watched the season finale of White Collar, and oh my word, I have to wait until summer? Who ever came up with the idea of hiatus should be put in jail, or banished, or...something. That being said, waiting for Leverage is going to be hard too. On the bright side, I still get to see Psych once a week, and this week's ep looks amazing!!
I am no longer watching Supernatural, because I became too obsessed and it started interfering with very important relationships in my life, and I had to choose which was more important. Which would not be Supernatural. So, yeah.
I wrote a Psych fic! Yay! There are 25 more short oneshots to be written in the challenge I am working on however, and I won't start posting them until at least four of them are written and beta'd. So it could be awhile. But it's awesome--well, to me it's awesome, but I suppose I'm just a teensy bit biased. I know, it's weird, right? Oh, and I just got the email for my Leverage fic exchange prompt. I'll give you a hint on my fic. It will probably include Eliot, Hardison, boat filling with water and angst. Not necessarily in that order.
Oh, and Fireflight's new album "NOW" is AMAZING!! I love, love, love, love it!! Like, seriously love it! So, yeah.
Future LJ stuff include fic--hopefully--an summary of the top ten songs that have influenced my life--which is obviously include Fireflight, RED and Krystal Meyers--and more fic...hopefully.
