these memories are playing like a film without sound
so i haven't updated in a long time, and just thought i would write one now. today was the last day of high school - other than finals of course. the whole idea of high school ending and graduating has not hit me, until now. it comes in spurts actually, but i tend to push it to the back of my mind. leaving high school is something we're used to, its the not coming back that we aren't. when everyone goes their separate ways in the fall, i am going to lose it! i started reading some of the things people wrote in my yearbook, and i ended up in tears because some of my closest friends aren't gonna be around next year and reading their memories and thoughts about the past years is just a huge reminder of how much God has overwhelmed and blessed me with the life He's given me, particularly in the people He has surrounded me with. each and every one of you have a special place in my heart - i just want you to know that.
