[There is an intense look in Wataru's eyes, which is very abnormal for the shy luthier, but the situation calls for it. At his left, Kivat is hovering and flapping, and at his right, Tatsulot. Even the little animals have an intensity to their expressions. He speaks in a low voice

Tatsulot, being the useful thing that he was, again used his little claws to deal damage and surprise to the enemies, keeping them off of Danny. "Aah, these guys don't know when to stop!" Each slash and attack let fly a spattering of sparks and tiny explosions as the little dragon whirled around the aliens.

Kiva was easily visible now that the battle had been taken to the open street, five Grunts nipping at the Rider's heels as shining blade struck one after another after another. The beating with the blade slowed as the low-level peons were weakened by each blow and Wataru threw down his weapon, which faded into darkness and glass before striking the ground. From the right side of his belt he pulled a red whistle-like object, a Feustle, and placed it in Kivat's mouth. It played a small bit of music more akin to a flute than a whistle, and the air and sky around Kiva and the enemies turned dark as midnight, a blood red moon hanging high in the sky. Kiva kicked up his foot and Kivat cried out "Wake up!" as he pulled the chains from the armor around Kiva's raised right shin to reveal, again, those crimson devil wings. Up into the sky he jumped, doing a flip, then focusing his devil-winged kick towards the mess of Grunts below. As he crushed them into the ground, a requisite explosion and glass shattering resounded as the night sky faded. He had never used Darkness Moon Break so many times in one day.
With the enemies finished, Wataru reverted to his usual self and ran towards Danny. "Is everyone okay? Are you okay?"

Kivat flapped over to Tatsulot, the little dragon looking worried. "Doing so much in one day," he said softly to Kivat, "must be exhausting. He's only half-Fangire." Kivat nodded, giving a sympathetic look to the tired hero.

((OOC: Hope you don't mind Danny manhandling Wataru a little, he just wants to help. If you do, just let me know, ignore this comment, and I'll change it when I wake up in the morning, my time.))

He let out a sigh and Kivat and Tatsulot rested themselves nearby, Tatsulot promptly ripping open a bag of nachos and Kivat hanging himself upside-down from the shelf to get a little shut-eye (he was still a nocturnal animal, after all). Presented with food, he graciously took it, smiling gently. He sent a look to the shopkeeper and bowed slightly, "I'm sorry. I'll pay for it later." With formalities taken care off, he opened the drink, made sure the chicken was warm, gave thanks for the meal, and began to eat slowly. Really, he wasn't hungry save for the dull pain of wanting to suck the life energy from the humans he just saved, but his human half needed it to suppress the Fangire half that he had been abusing all day long. With human food, the want for life energy would fade.
[OOC: Not at all! I am quite all right with my characters being manhandled if need be. ♥]
