A contact in the Watch just sent me a disturbing piece of information...Ellis Duvronne, the tobacco merchant, is dead. Found in his own home a little over an hour ago. The Watch has labeled it an assassination.
It's not technically our jurisdiction, but Duvronne was a powerful merchant with his hand in quite a bit around the city, not to mention his tobacco monopoly. And whoever killed him is obviously skilled to get past Duvronne's security, kill him, and get out completely undetected. I'm not sure the Watch can handle something like this. I believe launching our own investigation would be a good idea. Duvronne may not be the only victim coming.
