(no subject)
Wow....it's been soooo long since i had a chance to update. Well, i've been gone for the past month. Katie ann and I flew down to South Carolina to visit my family and we ended up staying there for a whole month. It was one whole month with lots of help from my mommy, daddy, sisters and brothers. Now we're back in Vegas = P with the temperature being over 100 degrees!!!! A couple of days ago it reached 118. I think i'll just stay inside for the rest of the summer. Everytime i go outside, i feel so yucky and tired all of a sudden. Can't breath, can't walk anywhere without feeling thirsty and the whole time outside it's like your in a microwave oven. Eewhhh!
Katie ann has gotten a lot bigger. Her daddy didn't even recognize her when we got back. She's almost 13 lbs and has the chubbiest legs....heehee....sooo cute! She nearly doubled in weight since she was born. She's a lil over 3 months now and has developed her motor skills very well. She bats at her toys aggressively, puts both her hands together and tries to shove them in her mouth, she knows the cause and effect when she hits her toys, laughs out loud when mommy is silly, recognizes me and the important people in her life and a whole lot of other stuff. She can also roll over from her back to her tummy....but still hasn't quite learned how to pull her arm out from under. We've taken many pictures which i will put up soon.
As for me, i've been trying to loose the pregnancy weight. I'm not where i want to be yet and until i get back to my original weight, i won't be too satisfied with the way i look. Oh and another thing that doesn't help is that i had my hair chopped off and now dyed back to all dark brown. I hate having short hair and have decided never to cut it this short again. I plan on getting it dyed back to a lighter brown or a dark blondish brown soon.
