stressfully overbooked and not paid

In the past 24 hrs i have gone from having nothing on my schedule to 2 shoots for sure and one maybe that i really do want. I just finished my bartending resume and my wish list of places to work, and now i am afraid to go apply for jobs because i am going to have a limited schedule.

I have one zombie film, that doesn't look well organized, but will likely let me near the camera, probably don't have a super nice one, but i am okay with that. I am not DP quality i am afraid, but i am not sure what they have to work with yet. My biggest problem with them is that they didn't give me the exact days they were needed so I will have to call them and harass them tomorrow, because the meeting for everybody isn't until saturday.

2nd shoot is a TV pilot with a more put together production company. I think a few of the guys are serving as actors and camera people, which makes me nervous, but they seem well established and i could get to use dollies, jib, and other toys that i haven't had a chance to use yet and would like to learn and claim i know how to use. They are shooting on HDtapes, but i don't know what kind of rig. They are doing a bunch of weekend shoots i only volunteered for part because it might overlap the zombie shoot. I have talked to 2 guys on the phone and have a meeting with them tomorrow. My phone calls didn't go as well as i would have liked, but they have an office, equipment, a low budget, which is better than no budget, even though i don't get paid, and they have all their paperwork together.

3rd i just got an email about a more reasonably paced shoot, 3 days starting this friday. They were asking me if i had ever racked focus on a RED camera. No i haven't, but i have been really wanting to get to use one. So i sent a beg and plead email, which because it is no pay has probably a 50% chance or getting me the gig. Only trouble is one of the shoot days is on top of the zombie meeting saturday.
