Art Project Ideas
Ah, summertime is near, and art time also for me is uhh also...near??? (can't rhyme!)
Anyway, I have several ideas in mind, and hopefully I can get around to each and every one, but alas there is no guarentee.
-Coffee In the Morning: I am not going to say much else on this one for now, but it will probably be done with pastels, paint, or markers.
-Collage: Got a couple ideas here even, but in the end I may only make one or none, who knows. I think it will probably be something with birds as I just loveeeeeee birds. I have construction paper, glue, markers, pictures but if anyone has magazines with the stuff I will greatly appreciate a donation
-Buttons: Fashionable cliquey girl who loves her buttons, will need to use real ones here, so this one will be taking some money out of my pocket. I think I want her to seem sort of oblivious to her world so she will probably wear headphones and dancing.
-Societal Blend: A redo of a fast 20-30 minute piece I did earlier this year that is not currently posted on DA or SA. I have an idea for pushing this further than what I did, but I'm not certain yet, this one has the least probability of being done this summer.
-Card Game Work for Jeff: This one is self explanatory
-Minnette's Comic: Still working on a good title, but hopefully I can get the first chapter of this baby done, make a website for her, and start some advertisement to hopefully gain a fan base.
-Other ideas could pop up and be more important to me at a later date, so do not take this list as something too seriously, but feel free to comment or ask questions if you feel like it, I will answer further if I see interest =D
I think I will try to post on Livejournal and Xanga more this summer, as I will probably be able to think and stuff way better. I hope I can do a good bit of these art ideas over the summer and the rest of this year, I really want to start building a very strong portfolio of work by Senior Year. I guess the stuff that isn't cartoony really doesn't have much connection, but I am not thinking about making art series or anything like that. My senior work is going to be hard to do, I can't just stick to ONE theme idea and build around that, I am a mass jumble of ideas, maybe I'll have to think of something that will work with that :D
Also it is extremely cold here in Carrollton today, and my room is freezing now, but there is no way to warm up but drink hot cocoa and wear appropriate clothing and a blanket :(
