Zeph: Duo: *ruffles his hair and then goes into kitchen* Gotta be a little more specific, we have mac'n'cheese or...?
Mon: Daisuke: *grins* Mac'n'cheese!
Zeph: Duo: Thought so, *pulls it out, grins at him* Wanna help?
Mon: Daisuke: Yep! *nods and looks very happy*
Zeph: Duo: Great! *enlists his help to make the mac'n'cheese*
*time elapse*
Duo: *shovels out some into a bowl, handing it to Daisuke* Our masterpiece.
Mon: Daisuke: *beams* Let's eat!
(WE TALK FOR A WHILE)
Mon: Daisuke: *has eaten and gets up to go put his dish away* ... *has a rather pensive expression*
Zeph: Duo: *watches him curiously* What's on your mind, Daisuke? *gets up as well, following Daisuke into the kitchen*
Mon: Daisuke: *looks up at him* When will you be going again? On your mission...
Zeph: Duo: *frowns* Well...*crouches down, looking Daisuke in the eye* I have a couple days before I have to leave...*looks torn* Words are cheap, you and I both know that ....I can't promise you anything, but everytime I leave, I leave with every intention of coming back. You and I eating mac'n'cheese together? Laughing and smiling? Only make me stronger, make me fight hardeer to get back...do you understand?
Zeph: (*hates how long that was* I'm too wordy! also, this makes me sad as Duo'd be the best dad ever)
Mon: Daisuke: *nods* Just make sure to come back. *makes a face* If you don't I'll be angry.
Zeph: Duo: *smiles and grabs Daisuke in a big hug, standing up quickly and taking Daisuke with him* You're adorable!
Mon: Daisuke: *makes a surprised noise* Hey! *scrunches his nose* Don't do that!
Zeph: Duo: *squeezes Daisuke tighter* What! You used to love it when I did this! *makes a distraught noise* You've gotten so ooold, Dai-chan.
Mon: Daisuke: *laughs* That's 'cuz I'm gonna get big n' strong! *smiles* So you dun haveta go on your missions alone.
Totally random, I know, but I've been wanting to post it in FOREVER because it really makes me squee. This actually happened after my stupid, very unhappy last entry and made my day and made me feel better. Mon is AWESOME, I wish I knew her in real life!
ANYWAY, all the shit from my last entry has blown over but I've still been feeling rather complacent lately. Mostly worrying about life after high school, the usual stuff. Freaking out whether or not I'll be smart enough for medical school, that I need math tutoring, a job very soon, to learn how to drive VERY SOON, scholarships and how I think I'll never get one...ET CETERA. I'll probably have gray hair before I'm twenty-five and I'm not even Asian.
Yesterday and the day before, I watched movies with Cait, only on Friday it was at my house with Marley there and Saturday it was at Cait's house and only us two. It was fun, but today was horrible because I started my period early and super heinously and couldn't find midol. I cried, ranted, and slept until my father saved me by finding it. I also started a new tegaki for Leo!
I need to do a lot of things:
- FINISH YOKO COSPLAY
- LOOSE MORE WEIGHT
- GET LEARNER'S PERMIT
- STUDY FOR AP EXAMS
